At this time, if you would like to schedule with Rachel Pollard, DNP in MORGAN, please call or text 801-797-9121 and our front desk is happy to get you scheduled with Rachel in our Morgan office, and will be in the office on the following days:

If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your wait. Due to the fact Dr. Jared R. Heaton, Dr. Marc Mitton and Rachel Pollard provide various services, circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays.
